Born as a creative Aruban eighties baby related to Hip-Hop and Caribbean artists and music professionals, it goes without saying that music has always been a very big part of his life.

After doing some volunteer work for an event promotion company back in 2003, he was lucky enough to find a true passion which allowed him to express himself musically: DJ-ing! It didn’t take much time before he created a unique style that can be categorized as both passionate yet surprisingly uplifting.

Jizza’s sets contain a selection of various music styles with multiple genres including mainly conscious, female friendly tracks packed with positive energy suitable for all ages. With great respect for the old-school artists, he’s not afraid to introduce new sounds to his set. This sets him apart from the mainstream dj’s that love to mainly play the so called “hottest” tracks.

DJ Jizza, born Julien Johnathan Joshua Werleman has been around for quite some time and has worked with many organizations and concepts. From Soca VS Dancehall, Waistline Shotz and Extasea, to festivals like Jamrock Festival, Rotterdam Zomercarnaval and Fusion. But also with corporate engagements like JD Sports, neighborhood block Parties for the City of Rotterdam and including international bookings for Karnival Fever Ent in Germany, N58 Club in Poland and Love Festival in Aruba.
